In this episode I talk about how I feel about this week's progress pictures and what it means to be on a calorie deficit.

How can you sustain a calorie deficit? Why does the caloire deficit help you lose body fat over time? How does this relate to your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)

I chat a little about my own experience with dieting over the last 30 years, and what I've learned helping thousands of women in mid life over the last 8 years.
